By accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy from time to time.
By purchasing your ticket, you consent to allow Map of Ag Ltd to store and process the personal information submitted. Your ticket will contain a barcode which can be scanned to access the personal information which you have provided. Some of our sponsors may ask to scan your badge when you are interacting with them or engaging in their workshops. By allowing your badge to be scanned you are giving permission for the third party to access the personal information you have submitted, which will allow them to contact you and invite you to join their mailing lists for marketing purposes.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse this site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the server on which this site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to this site. You must not attack this site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Map of Agriculture will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use this site will cease immediately.
You agree to us having the right to check data and files that you may upload to our website to ensure the integrity of such data, including checks for viruses and other possible forms of malware.
We reserve the right at any time and without notice to investigate any suspected breach of this clause.

ONLINE PAYMENTS – CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Where online-payment is available for a service or product offered on our site, an order can be made by completing the appropriate online form and making a successful payment with your credit or debit card.
When you place an order through our site you will be given the opportunity to review the details and edit or cancel the order before making a payment.
Online payments are made via a secure 3rd party payment system; Map of Agriculture does not store any details of credit/debit cards.
Your purchase order and your subsequent rights to cancel an order within 14 days shall be subject to the rules specified in The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including your rights to any refund.
Notice of cancellation of an order should be made in writing to Map of Agriculture.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this site.
Every effort is made to ensure downloadable content from the site is free from viruses. Map of Agriculture accepts no liability for damages resulting from virus infection.
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
